I have an amana dishwasher in the house im renting. it fills and the stays filled for roughly 2 minutes and the drains. it makes a clicking sound every few seconds until it drains. it is skipping the spray rinse cycle. I believe that this is because the spray arms are stuck. through research I have found that something may be stuck in the chopper preventing the arms from spinning. I have cleaned the filter, pump and arms and nothing has helped.

I cannot figure out how to get to the dishwashers chopper. it seems to all be one piece. can anyone provide insight on how to get to it? or any other ideas on what the issue may be? thank you.
