Microwave would randomly change screens and beep about a year ago. I replaced touchpad control panel part AP6012104 and it stopped the problem. One year later all buttons stopped being responsive after a power outage. LCD touch-screen lights up but no response when pushing screen nor any buttons on the touchpad. The only buttons that work are for fan and lights. Turned off power at breaker for 15 minutes and repowered on with no effect. Tried holding cancel/stop button down for 5 seconds for no effect. Replaced electronic control board #AP6012099 with no change in function.

Any ideas on next steps?

If ALL the touchpad controls are not working, you might need to replace the main board and not just the touchpad control board.
