My GE Washing Machine, Model #GTW460ASJ6WW, Serial # LH911384G, which is 1 year and 8 months old, knocks loudly on both the wash AND spin cycles. I moved the agitator tonight after emptying the load and the drum moves freely in all directions. Does anyone have an idea what might be going on and about how much I might expect a repair to cost? I paid $399 + tax for the machine new. Thanks very much! Jan L E
