My washing machine doesn't advance ~3/4 through the cycle at a point when the pump starts draining water. The pump drains ok, but the washer doesn't spin as expected. The drain pump continually runs, and the washer would stay in that state forever unless we manually advance the cycle, after which point things are fine.

Notes:
- There are other points earlier and later the cycle when the washer drains and spins just fine. This is the only time at which the washer stalls.
- Pic of where it stalls in the cycle: Pic of where the washer stalls in the cycle
- This happens on other types of cycles at roughly the same point (e.g. EcoCycle, Heavy Wash).
- The model number is Kenmore 417.43042200

Any tips on what may be wrong? If I can figure out the necessary part, I'll try to fix on my own.

Thank you!
