I have a roper rtw4641bq1 washer, that when agitating is very slow or gentle not sure how to put it, it seems to move clockwise some what but not counter clockwise, the spin cycle works perfectly, I have taken out the drive block or bell, and it seems fine, the belt looks good, the belt pulley from the motor had a light rubber dusting on it, the transmission pulley seems to move freely.
I was told to check the actuator and I’m not sure how, getting ready to check the splutch kit now. Any suggestions??
