The video explains it all. It's short. Looks like the shaft is spinning but the belt/tub isn't following. Smells like burnt rubber down there.

Okay, so I replaced the clutch down there. But something weird is happening, or not and I just don't know how these things work. But the hub and spindle spin on the drain cycle, but not the pulley then the belt also. The install of the clutch is pretty straight forward.
