Washer begins to agitate before it fills. I changed the pressure switch already but that didn’t fix the issues. Spins normally. What is the problem? What should I change next ? Timer?

That sounds like the next logical thing to change. It may be the contacts are shorted in the timer thus bypassing the pressure switch. Does it begin to agitate as soon as you start the machine? Does it start agitating before the water is added in rinse cycle as well?

either a shorted wire between the timer and pressure switch or bad timer. try this unplug the connections from the pressure switch and pull the knob if it begins to agitate check the wires to see if they have a short if not replace your timer
