The turntable coupler on our microwave cracked and the turntable stopped rotating. We purchased a replacement tt coupler but are having trouble installing it. There is a notch on the post of the coupler that prevents it from sitting flush with the floor of the microwave. We are looking for some guidance and/or instruction on how to properly replace the turntable coupler.
It is a GE Spacemaker, model # JVM14400WH04. Thank you.

Did you ever figure out how to replace the coupler in your microwave? I'm having the same exact problem...
