Rank: Member Groups: Registered Joined: 7/25/2017(UTC) Posts: 1		Watching belt and motor from back - all looks good but when motor seems to switch the drum's direction I can hear a squeak, sometimes multiple attempts to change directions. I can spin the drum by hand an no bearing sounds - also leaks water - a bit but I think that is independent and maybe the boot. I note that sometimes in worst case scenarios, the washer stops when trying to change directions. Thank you for your thoughts

Rank: Member Groups: Registered Joined: 2/2/2017(UTC) Posts: 422		It may be the belt but it's probably the tub bearings. Ignore it until something more dramatic happens, the bearing job on that is $$$$, not worth it unless you love it.
