Washer squeaks when switching directions - noisy

Watching belt and motor from back - all looks good but when motor seems to switch the drum's direction I can hear a squeak, sometimes multiple attempts to change directions. I can spin the drum by hand an no bearing sounds - also leaks water - a bit but I think that is independent and maybe the boot. I note that sometimes in worst case scenarios, the washer stops when trying to change directions. Thank you for your thoughts

It may be the belt but it's probably the tub bearings. Ignore it until something more dramatic happens, the bearing job on that is $$$$, not worth it unless you love it.
