We are trying to make a repair for a customer on a maytag washer model number mhwe950ww02. The washer needs a new main control board. We ordered the one that maytag and our supplier both recommended but get an error with the new board saying that it isn't compatible with the UI board. The part they say is correct is wpw10390921, the part that is originally in the washer is w10368833. I have called and messaged maytag directly and both times was told that the original part number doesn't exist and that the part number has always been the wpw10390921. They say it has never changed and that there isn't anything they can do. Now I have an angry customer and no solution to the issue.
