Searched but didn't find anything similar:

Side by side. Ice "stands at attention" but doesn't eject. It appears the heater works long enough to let the fingers move the ice to a vertical position but then appears to let the ice freeze in mold before moving it onto the ramp that send ice to the door dispenser. Not sure if it is the heater or maybe some problem with the motor that movers the fingers. Or maybe the control board? Any ideas? Thought of replacing the entire ice maker but don't want to throw parts at the problem.

I did the TH jumper to recycle the maker and the fingers mover around a full cycle or two and then the ice cubes froze in the vertical position.
