Hi,

My ice maker is dripping water into the ice tray causing large build up of ice
blobs in the tray. It seems to be leaking at the front (door side) of the machine. The leak stops when I lift up the arm on the machine. I know this is a old refrigerator. Any solutions?

Thanks

Check your ice maker and make sure its level both ways.

If its level, check the ice mold for holes or corroded areas that might be leaking. (I've seen that a couple of times over the years.)

Its also possible the cam on the big white gear is burnt enough that the ice maker is overfilling.

The back of the ice cubes should never touch the bar that ejects them. They should be about 3/4 of an inch high at the tallest point.
