I originally found this GE FL washer completely dead. The owner said they had a power outage, and when power resumed washer wouldn't power up. I found a blown fuse soldered into main board. Main board was replaced, unit now powers up, starts cycle, fills and will drain, but it does not tumble or spin. Wont operate in tests 10 or 11. Motor reads ~16 ohms for each phase wire pairing. Can't find power out to motor at any time...:confused:

Some of these units have an inline fuse, from the control panel to the motor, that may need replaced.

Negative on an inline fuse; further testing has led us to believe the new control board is defective. Awaiting a replacement...

Second new control board made no difference. Further testing led to replacement of the Hall sensor, which seems to have cured the problem..
