I have been repairing the washer for my Dad. The machine was not going thru the spin cycle properly. He purchased a clutch kit to replace. At this point the washer functioned correctly (operated and cycled correctly). Upon reinstalling the motor, it no longer operates at all. The timer and controls all seem to be operating correctly. I believe that the motor control module (switch) on the motor is now bad. I have not been able to locate a wiring diagram to verify power to the motor. Am I missing something in the reassembly of the washer?

Could you post a pic of the motor where the wiring harness plugs in?

Are you sure the connector is on tight and all the pins are OK?

We have both looked at the connection to make sure that there was a good connection. The motor has been in and out several times as we were repairing the clutch. The motor has not operated from the first time we put the motor back in. I was hoping to find a wiring diagram so that I could check voltage to the motor. BTW, the motor shaft moves by hand, so the transmission/ motor are not jammed. I will provide picture in a few moments...

The issue has been solved. After pulling the motor out again, I was able to look at the connector on the motor clearer. One of the had been bent and was not in the plug. The washer is now back together and is working. Thank you for your time!
