Good afternoon, I have been trying to work through an issue with our refrigerator/freezer. It was working fine until we moved it downstairs to our basement then it only partially cooled. I have had it running for about 4 hours today and the freezer is only down to about 50 degrees F. I have replaced the defrost thermostat and the defrost control board. In the attached picture, you can see the frost is building up on the tube feeding the coils and the very top of the back coils. I have checked both fans (in the freezer and next to the compressor) and they are both running. The compressor also appears to be running as it is making a sound and is slightly warm. Could I have received a bad control board? Or am I missing something else. Any advice would be much appreciated. jer1989 attached the following image(s):

After running for 4 hours, is that tube at the top the only part that got frosty?
If so you are probably very low on Freon or have a bad restriction. Either way its bad news.
