Water leaks out of our Fridgidaire dishwasher when it runs its cycle. A repair technician told us the gasket on the bottom of the door is leaking and needs to be replaced and told us the whole inner door needed to be replaced. He also quoted us 395 dollars.

So two questions.

Why can't we just replace the gasket itself - a 10 dollar repair?

Why can't we just order the inner door online - I can find one for $137. Why the huge task order and mark up?

Not sure what's up with the markup, but the gasket is around $49.

Watch the video on this page and see if its like yours.

U don't need inner door liner. Just bottom seal. It clips into the bottom of door.
