Likely the speed control board is bad, however! This code indicates "high current on the inverter" or the motor is experiencing to much resistance. Steps to diagnose: Access the back of the washer remove the access panel. Remove the belt from the pulleys on the motor and tub. Spin by hand the pulley on the motor. If there is resistance or it doesn't freely, the motor is at fault. Replace the motor. If it does spin freely then spin the tub pulley. Does it make a gravely noise or have resistance when spinning? Either the bearings could be bad (gravely noise) or clothing may be lodged between basket and outer tub. If the tub spins freely finally check ohms of resistance on the motor windings. Check between pins 1 to 2, 1 to 3 & 2 to 3. if the check results in anything other than 4 to 6 ohms for each replace the motor. If all these check ok replace your speed control board.

Ooops me forgot.... Always always always unplug your appliance before performing any maintenance or manual diagnostics.
