(Per Factory Sensor Is Not Available Separately Must Replace Motor) You can check for any loose connections in the wiring and control board. The control board Part number: AP4244423
is the more likely problem, check the wiring at the motor connector on the back of the control board. The control board activates the different motor windings, based on the hall sensor inputs, if there's a weak or damaged circuit in the control board, the motor won't step through the speed changes and will spin slow.
