My fridge is 2 years old.
The fridge works fine, however the freezer is now warm and no longer works. Before the freezer stopped working a very loud humming noise was happening from time to time and then it would just stop after a short time. I took the freezer door off and pulled out all the drawers and cleaned out the freezer and there is nothing I can see wrong with it. Also when I pulled out the fridge there was no water underneath it.

Any idea what is wrong with it? Would like to have an idea of what it will cost to have someone come fix it before they get here and we get the bill.
