I watched as the movers tried to get my washer up the truck ramp and came running down and dropped it hard on it's feet.
Now it will not spin in balance and you have to stand there and move clothes around to get it to spin and not dance across the floor.
I had a technician look at it and he says all the springs are intact and appears to be fine, but still does not spin the way it did for 15 years.
Is there a counterweight or anything that could have been damaged or out of place that could cause this?
Your help is greatly appreciated.
