I have removed all the front screws to get to the central control unit (ccu) but cannot remove the metal plate that is not allowing me to get to the CCU. I want to get to the CCU to check the connections for a F11 error code. Can you help me...thanks

Are you referring to the circuit card in the upper right hand front corner of the washer? If so I had to remover the front panel with the user buttons on it. Then remove some of the screws holding the metal frame in the upper right hand front corner. I could then reach in and release the plastic cover over the circuit card and it came out. After removing all the cables of course. Before I did this I took a picture of the connections.
