Washer, pumps out water. On "Spin", only tumbles left and right 10-15 seconds each direction.
Door lock does is not engaged. Does not go to high spin speed. Noticed R11 on control board is burnt.

Could start with that control board, obviously, but did something cause the resistor failure....??

On many of these when the wax motors that lock the door fail it causes the resistor to burn out and ruin the board. This is a known flaw in the these models and when this happens replacement is the best option. These Neptune's destroyed Maytag. It is never recommended to put money in this model.
