the washer has too much vibration during spin cycle must put weight on front of washer so it doesn't move all over the floor

Take the cabinet off and by pass the lid switch and put in on spin with some wet clothes in the machine. Then make sure the springs are not broken and the pads between the support structure and the tub are ok and not worn and operate the machine. You may be able to locate the problem as being a broken part of the support structure.
