My Neptune WM control panel was frozen with a cycle time of 66 and the on/off switch was blinking. I went through the diagnostics pressing "delicates"&"heavy soil" then got a PA on the service cycle test. (pass) but I am unable to perform any other test. The control panel buttons do not respond. I tried to reset by unplugging the wiring harness and reconnecting everything but the control panel is still not responding except for the diagnostic service cycle.

Any thoughts? Is the control panel and motor board bad? Any other tests that I can try to confirm before I start shopping for a new washing machine?

Thanks

If you have ten plus years out of a Neptune you have done very well and I suggest you celebrate by replacing it with a basic top loader with no electronics.
