My washer fills part way, then stops, and displays the "nF" error code.

I haven't been able to get it to run a quick service cycle (and I don't know if that means that it's failing the first part of the test, or if I'm simply not starting the cycle correctly). When I ran the Board Output Test, the Hot and Cold Water Valves tested fine.

I suspect that the problem is with the water-level sensor.

Can you tell me if the problem is definitely with the water-level sensor (and, if so, how to replace it), or if I need more information to diagnose the problem?

Thank you very much for any help!

Your model number does not show up, so I can only give you generic advice which is that the problem is probably with the water level switch. Make sure the tube connecting it to the tub is ok, and if so try changing it out.
