The "favorites" button never works, and the "home", "back", "off", and "help" buttons are intermittent. At times the washer will randomly start beeping and a message appears on the screen saying that it appears that a button is stuck. The LCD screen itself works fine. I posted this earlier and it was suggested that the LCD screen needed to be replaced. I ordered one and replaced it and it still has the same problem. Looks like the console that contains the buttons needs to be replaced? Model MAH7500AWQ. Serial number A9001053EC.

If you buy or bought the parts from this site you can return them.
