The display went blank and oven no longer works after running self-cleaning mode. The burners still work fine.

Searching around the internet this seems to be a common problem with Whirlpool etc ovens and people say to replace the thermal fuse, however when I look in the back I don't see anything that looks like a thermal fuse.

How can I fix this?

Here are your parts
Parts for Maytag MES5752BAS Range - AppliancePartsPros.com

See the attachment for your tech sheet.

The limit switch (item 6 in section 01) may be on the top of the oven.
Though it does not really matter as it just kills power to the elements. The control board should still work.

Does the oven light work.
If not you may have lost Neutral.
Try turning the breaker off/on slowly a couple times.

If it is OK then odds are that the control board is toast though I would check for a bad wire/connection before replacing it.

Hello, thank you so much for getting back to me.

The only thing that works are the burners. The light, the display and heating elements do not come on at all. I've tried flipping the breakers many time with no luck.

One wiring diagram in the tech sheety shows the oven light directly from L1,through the switch to Neutral.

You will have to check the voltage for 120 volts between L1 and Neutral with a meter
