I have a whirlpool duet with an f30 code. The motor would spin and click, so I went and purchased a new motor which came in today, threw it on. Put it on cycle and it just spun and clicked like it was the old motor and threw another f30 code.
I unplugged the washer, and disconnected the arm going to the motor tried to run another cycle and I got nothing. Reconnected the arm tried running the cycle, and now the motor still will not spin. Everything is connected. I have continuity from the harness to the cdu or cpu, whichever you call it.
Just looking to see if anyone has had anything similar, Otherwise I'm junking this piece of crap.

Okay, small update. I jiggled the wires on the bottom connector and the motor started spinning again.....But I still get the clicking and the water will not feed to the dispenser.
This is a brand new motor, maybe I need a better multimeter?

I'm having the exact same issue. I replaced the dispenser motor and I'm still getting the clicking noise and F30 code.
It won't dispense water, but the spin cycle still works. I've been washing clothes in the tub and moving them into the washer to spin them out. I'm at my wit's end with this thing.
