Every 3-4th load we find a puddle of clear water about 3" dia on the floor under the front exterior panel. Not every load. Not back under toward middle... right in the front. Half puddle slightly under and the rest in the front. What the heck? Wife never overloads. It's her thing... don't overload the washer. She is the only one that operates the washer... no kids. Unit is 3 months old. Repairman came out and said he thinks a pipe inside on the left front area has a pin hole... never opened the thing up... he's guessing. Any wisdom about this? Thanks

I don't understand what kind of repair tech comes out, guesses at the problem, doesn't open up the machine and leaves. This unit should still be under factory warranty, get Whirlpool to fix it. Like, insist upon it.
