In the case when only a few buttons works at the touchpad and you already cleaned the ribbons the control panel should be replaced. Here are the breakdown diagrams and parts list for your range Model JGR8875QDW The control panel Part number: AP4397071 Keep in mind that you may return any of the parts that you purchased from APP.com within one year.
