Right after replacing upper and lower racks with perfect placement of upper spray arm, the washer began to leak from bottom of front door. Insulation on left side of door is soaked. Door gasket is fully intact and spray arms have no clogs. Any thoughts?

Check yo be sure that the unit is draining properly.
Could be that it is leaving water in the unit and then overfilling.

Note that the float/overfill switch is just a safety device and should not activate during proper operation.

The leaking starts immediately when the unit begins to fill, right after the first splashes of water, so it's not a drain problem.
