I have a Kenmore Series 70 dryer. It seams to work other then the fact that the regular cycles such as normal, more or less dry seam to run really slow. A whole hour or so will pass and the timer will only go about half way into the cycle or so. meaning its running hot for far too long. Any clue what I need to do to fix this?

The dryer says 70 series on the front, would there be any other number on it?

Yes, there should be a label with model number and serial number. Model number will be an 11 digit number such as 110.xxxxxxxx Is this the auto dry cycle where the problem is? Works ok on timed dry cycle?

The auto dry is all I use, I will try the timed. I also also check for that model number.
