I recently had a repairman at my house and stated my washer needed a clutch assembly. The part plus labor was $439. I found the part online and replaced the part by watching the video from this site. It was super easy no problems at all. However it did not correct the problem. The wash starts normally fills with water, starts the wash cycle, fills with water for rinse and stops. 3e code appears and I hit the start/pause button and usually finishes. I feel that the washer is a bit louder than I recall it being originally. I am unable to troubleshoot what the problem is now or if the part I received could be bad.
Any help would be amazing!

Nope no answers. Samsung offered no assistance. I emailed them after talking to them 3 times. I actually emailed them 5 times not a single reply, other than an auto reply that they received my emails. My answer to the problem is to not buy Samsung appliances. Unfortunately I have 10,000 bucks of their junk in my house. I just bought a new whirlpool washing machine. I have had something wrong with just about every appliance I bought, just happened they were still under warranty when they broke.(all minor stuff, but still) Samsung states it was normal for the washing machine to malfunction after two years with approx 5-6 loads of laundry a week. Tried to justify it by saying you would fix your car if it broke down, I agree but generally it doesn't cost 2/3 the cost of the vehicle to replace it after 2 years. I asked if it would be normal if my 29,000 car had something go wrong and it cost 19000 to fix sounds normal and his reply was yes. So obviously the long answer to your question was no I didn't get an answer. Sorry for the long winded rant!! Best of luck
