Hi everyone! First time here and love the site!

I'm a handy guy and have fixed many appliances, but before I dive deep into finding out the problem here, I figured I'd need to order a part anyway, so why not ask the experts for help (to save me potentially a lot of time)!

Just less than a week ago I heated something up and when the timer stopped, the microwave stayed on (but not in its DEEP state) and still heats up what's inside.

If you open the door, it turns off. If you shut the door, it's on again and heating anything inside... again, not in its DEEP state (whatever that's called). If you turn on the timer, you'll hear its deeper state kick in.

I'd love some advice on how to find out what part is bad and would definitely order it from the site here. My guess right off the bat was a relay switch since the digital panel / timer doesn't turn it off.

I tested all 3 microswitches at the door and they all seemed fine, but I did replace all 3 since Sears Parts Order had recommended it. Well, they're liars and stiffed me.

I still need help, if anyone is willing...

Thanks.
