Hello, my first forum question My GE frig has a warm frig side with the freezer side ok. When I opened the frig, no cool air coming from vents, no lights came on and the inside top was very very hot. I started to disassemble top inside to see if I could fix light. Took two screws out and lights came on. disassembled further, heard a click and started to get cool air in through vents. Any idea if this could be a reoccuring problem, if so, how can I prevent it?...what parts can I replace? By the way, the frig has been in my garage for one year. It went through one MN winter. Also, would it be wise for me to unplug it when temp gets below freezing? thanks

Seems like you have a connector pin problem. I would get a can of non-residue contact cleaner at Wall Mart and spray clean the connector pins while removing, them installing them.
