Along with the noise, the cooling functions on the refrigerator don't work in both the refrigerator and freezer compartments. The noise starts after 2 minutes of the refrigerator being on. This is the sound that the refrigerator makes.

Check the compressor in the back, verify it is warm and vibrating. What are the freezer and fridg. temperatures.

The compressor is warm and vibrating but the freezer and fridge is not cold at all - it feels like room temperature. The Evaporator Kit is also not cold at all. In the beginning of July when the freezer acted up and it stared leaking water, there was also buzzing sound every two minutes or so but after I cleaned the condenser it was fixed and stated working again. (buzzing sound also gone)

Seems like all your refrigerant has leaked out and damaged the compressor.
