My fridge/freezer started dropping temps to around 41-48deg on freezer and 66-70deg on the fridge side. When I checked the compressor wasn't on and it wasn't making any clicking sound trying to turn on. I took back off and cleaned the coils thoroughly and still not coming on?

any suggestions?
