First water was leaking and we thought it was the tub seal. Replaced the tub seal. Water still leaked, and it was for sure coming from the drain pump. Replaced the drain pump. Now no water is leaking, however, it squeals/whines while it agitates. Anyone have any thoughts why???

Run it with pump pulled away from motor to see if noise is coming from new pump.

I just ran it without the pump attached to the motor, the squealing stopped. Does that mean the new pump is bad? Or can I do something to the new pump to fit it?
