Hello, I have noticed recently that t-shirts and pajamas have been torn when they come out of the machine... I don't notice it right away, so it's only a guess that it's actually happening in the washer or the dryer. We had a warranty repair person come out awhile back because we had an issue with the washer and he told us to pack the machine with clothes - that they are made to do huge loads (with 4 kids, that's easy to do here), but I am second guessing him. Please comment! Thank you.

You should never pack you washer with clothes. the clothes have to tumble to get clean. Look in your basket you any sharp edges. also look in your dryer your sharo edges.
