My clothes dryer had been working good until I recently moved it to clean behind it. It started not drying my clothes in an good amount of time. I purchased parts for family member to install and still not drying well. Cleaned out vents, took off back and cleaned along with wheel cleaning. Installed heating element, thermostat, cycling thermostat, thermal fuze and still not drying clothes. Any idea before I have to pay someone for service call and to fix it?

Does it heat at all? If so, does heat cycle on/off during normal operation?

yes it heats and I do think it heats on and off during drying. I look to see the glow while it is drying and it is not always on.
