Here are your parts, includes the wiring diagram. Parts for Tappan TEF326FBA Range - AppliancePartsPros.comIf the unit stays in pre-heat then odds are that it is the control board. You may also need an overlay as most of theses are peel and stick and can be difficult to remove. Sometimes heating it up with a hair dryer helps. If the oven show that it is ready but has no heat then it could be the oven sensor. Below is a link on this.
