I have an electric dryer that will not start. There is power to the unit. When the start button is pushed, a click is heard but nothing else happens. I replaced both thermistors and still nothing. I checked the light blue power wire coming out of the circuit board that goes into a two wire connector just above the drum which goes down somewhere in front of the drum. I got a voltage reading of 105 volts. What else can I do?

I think you checked everything, it is time you take it to the mechanic.
