F3 E2 error code. water temp sensor error, I tested sensor, it seems to be good, checked sensor wire to ccu, seems good, pump had a quarter and an earring in the cleanout, cant run a diagnosis without the same error (F3 E2) coming up. any more ideas? Please!

Update-I had a service guy come out and fix it. It was a loose broken wire under a zip tie. the service guy new just where to find it and was out in 10 minutes after repairing the wire. The water temp sensor error code f3e2 does not mean that the the sensor is bad, the code just gets you in the general area of the machine where the problem is.

Thanks so much for posting. We had the same issue. I did some research that turned up your post. My husband is handy, but this saved us time and he would not have been looking for something so simple. He tested it with a meter, so we knew which wire, then I followed it and BAM, barely touched and it just snapped, right at the ziptie. Some electrical tape and we are back in business.
