My Amana NAV5800AWW washer always acts "off balance" during spin cycle--if the tub is empty, it makes a considerable amount of high-speed banging noise as the tub violently shakes around, and if the tub is full, it still shakes a decent amount--and makes a squeaking noise to the rhythm of the tub rotation.

I have already replaced all seven springs and the friction ring. Any other suggestions?

Thanks!

Make sure the unit is on a good solid floor and not weak subflooring and completely level all the way around. Also newer machines don't like too little of loads or to large of loads the manufactures tell us this all the time. Also the manufacture says if you do not use "HE" soap this will happen also and will happen even if you use cheap brand HE soap. Brands not recommended: Sun ,Purex, Kirkland, Arm and hammer and any dollar store type HE soaps. Your unit also has a balance ring on the top that has liquid in it, stick a flashlight up against it and see if you have water in it preferably to the top of the inside of it. If you have no water in the balance ring in the link below Part #6 then that's your problem most likely.
