I have a KHTU105RSS KitchenAid Range Hood. All three lights went out at the same time. I pulled the lights and they appear fine. I checked the switch with a volt meter and it works fine. I am thinking it may be the transformer or the enclosed fuse.

Having experience this same problem three times with the same two mini halogen lights, also without a resolution, I think it must be the female receptors that the bulbs plug into. this is because I these two bulbs replace various time only to have the same thing happen again. I don't know if one can sepate the prongs on the bulbs just slightly so that the bulbs seat better into the socket would help or not. that is what I'm going to try next...
