Hello!
Seen similar topics but can I pls have specific control key pad part for my microwave, model# JVM3660BD 001 and the diagram so I can give it a try? Upon plugging in, I get a msg that the touch pads are locked, but pressing stop/cancel doesn't unlock the touch pads. Then within several seconds, the error code F3 display w/ alarm.
