The gridwork on the inside of the glass has a few blackened areas on it, maybe the size of a penny total, and since I'm selling the house would like to make it look better. I see the part, AP318927, but is that just the film not including the metal grid? Or is the grid actually contained on the film? Do I just peel off the old one and what type of cleaner would be safe to use before applying the new film?
Thanks for any help you can offer.

This is just the film and I believe it suppose to be selfadhesive.

I had never replace it and do not think anybody else did it. This is a cosmetic part which does not affect safety of a microwave.
