Cold water fills fine, but Hot water will not fill at all but its trying (pump is pumping?). I have cleaned hoses and the screen at the water inlet valve. Still won't fill. What should be my next step?

If there is nothing wrong with the hot water supply to the washer, then the problem is the water inlet valve (#805 on the cabinet break down diagram) or power to this valve. Locate which of the coils is responsible for the hot water and check for 120V to this coil when the timer calls for hot water. If there is 120V - replace the water inlet valve. If there is no 120V - replace the timer. - The part number for the water inlet valve is AP2618763 - The part number for the timer is AP2045768 Here are the break down diagrams for the GE washer Model WWA5800GALGene.
