I have an LG WM2016CW front loading washer and dryer that sit side-by-side in a laundry room. Both the washer and dryer sit on top of pedestal stands.
I have noticed a leak in the last 3 weeks or so and can hear a missing and a slow amount of water which builds up in the pan I have underneath the pedestal stand. Since noticing it, I have started turning the cold water off when not putting a load in the washer. That seems to slow or stop the leak, although I still end up seeing a wee bit of water in the pan (might just not have had time to dry).
I just pulled the dryer out so I could see where the leak was. It doesn't appear to be from the hot or cold water lines as when I turn them both on, I don't notice any water from them.
What I do notice is a leak in the rear left corner of the unit, at the bottom.
What would be the most likely culprits for this leak?
thanks, John

I think it's coming from the bottom of the plate on the back of the washer, picture attached. I don't have the name or part number of the plate, but I believe it covers the bellows and drain hose. johnnsb attached the following image(s):
