Check if there a power at the wall outlet. Check the 20Amp fuse (WB227X10388) at the noise filter board part Part number: WB02X11244 If the fuses pass the continuity test, check the three limit thermostats: The bottom thermal cut-out #111 on the diagram Part number: WB27X1127 The cavity thermal cut-out #59 on the diagram Part number: WB27X10195 The magnetron thermal cut-out #90 on the diagram Part number: WB27X10166 Here are the breakdown diagram and Microwave parts for GE PVM2070SM1SS - AppliancePartsPros.com Please, post the results.
